Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In

• We do not store your Google or Apple account passwords.

• We reserve the right to suspend access where fraudulent activity is detected.

Tracing App Usage

The By Bhavani Tracing App is designed to assist users in tracing and learning fashion design, embroidery, fabric painting, tailoring, and related creative activities.

• The application is provided for personal and educational use.
• Users may upload or select images for tracing purposes.
• Users remain responsible for ensuring they have rights to use uploaded content.
• We are not responsible for misuse of third-party copyrighted images.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, tracing templates, designs, graphics, logos, educational content, text, software, and digital assets provided by By Bhavani are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
• Unauthorized recording or redistribution of courses is prohibited.
• Unauthorized distribution of tracing designs, templates, or digital content is prohibited.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account through supported mobile applications or by contacting our support team.

• Deletion requests may permanently remove access to app features and user data.
• Deleted accounts generally cannot be restored.
• Certain records may be retained where required by law, taxation regulations, fraud prevention requirements, or accounting obligations.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer the application.
• Distributing copyrighted content without permission.
• Sharing purchased course access with unauthorized users.
• Using automated tools to access our systems without authorization.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Mobile Application Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our mobile applications and services. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

Sewing Challenge Leaderboard & Design Submissions

The Sewing Challenge Leaderboard lets students submit process photos of their work for review and earn points, streaks, and badges.

• By submitting a design, you confirm the work and photos are your own and grant By Bhavani a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submission, name, and profile photo on the leaderboard, your student profile, and in app or marketing features celebrating student work.
• Submissions are reviewed manually and points are awarded at By Bhavani's discretion; a submission may be rejected without points if it does not meet the review criteria.
• Points, streaks, badges, and rankings have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.

Community Guidelines

Our community area allows students to view posts and react to them. When posting or reacting, you agree to keep content respectful and relevant, and not to post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or unrelated to sewing, tailoring, and fashion design. We may remove content or restrict access for violations of these guidelines.

Job Postings

Students may post and browse job listings (e.g. full-time, part-time, freelance, or apprentice opportunities) within the platform.

• Job postings are user-generated content — By Bhavani does not create, vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any listing, or for the conduct of any poster or applicant.
• By Bhavani is not a party to, and has no employment relationship arising from, any arrangement made between users through a job posting.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you post and may remove it at any time from your dashboard.

Amazon Shopping

The "Amazon Shopping" section of the student dashboard displays product recommendations linking to Amazon through our Amazon Associates affiliate account. Clicking through takes you to Amazon's own website, and any purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and Amazon, governed entirely by Amazon's terms and policies. By Bhavani earns a referral commission on qualifying purchases and is not a party to, and bears no liability for, transactions made on Amazon.

Boutique Set-Up Services

Information on Boutique Set-Up services (such as company registration, GST filing, MSME/Udyam registration, and ISO certification) shown on our website is for informational and lead-generation purposes only. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a purchase — engagement, scope, and pricing for these services are discussed and confirmed separately with our team, and are not governed by the course/subscription refund terms in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for courses, subscriptions, digital products, and premium services may be processed through Razorpay, Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment providers. Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable platform policies and any specific refund terms published by By Bhavani.
